Hello fellow trainers. This is a plea for you to consider and vote down resolution number 13 about the I can connect program. The whereas statements are inaccurate. Nowhere on the Perkins website who manages 21 States, does it say that a braille sense is a computer. Furthermore, Perkins is not the only partner. There are other states, that handle their own ICC training and equipment orders. Colorado is one of them. I agree that a Braille sense is not a computer, but this resolution is simply not accurate. If somebody wants Perkins and the ICC program to know this, it can be done by a reworded resolution that is based more on fact.
