<DIV>I probably shouldn\u2019t do this, but I\u2019m going to do it anyway asking people
to take warning. I\u2019m sure all of us attending the National Convention have
made our airline reservations, so this is more for future reference. Do
not, under any circumstances, fly Jet Blue. Their customer service people
can\u2019t poor water out of a boot if the instructions are written on the
heel. I\u2019m plagiarizing a quote by the late great president Lyndon Johnson
from way back when. While I got my itinerary, I made a bunch of phone
calls trying to get a receipt so I can be reimbursed and was promised that I
would get it but no luck. My last several calls went unanswered. I
actually had to call our local airport, as the only airline that flies out of it
is Jet Blue. I went online looking for a different phone number, but they
don\u2019t appear to have one. Really, I\u2019m surprised they are still in
business. I hope the pilots aren\u2019t as terrible as the customer service
people are, or we might crash into a bayou and become alligator food.
Really, I got the impression that the guy I spoke with didn\u2019t even know what a
receipt was. So I called my bank and they say I can pick up a copy of my
credit card statement with that flight payment amount on it. Sorry for the
rant but really, this shouldn\u2019t be so crazy. </DIV>
