Im sorry you had that bad experience with Jet Blue! They must have gone south since 2009 when I last used their services. When I used their services in 2009, their services were a lot better back then. Its a bummer they went that far south! </div>

<div>I probably shouldnt do this, but Im going to do it anyway asking people to take warning. Im sure all of us attending the National Convention have made our airline reservations, so this is more for future reference. Do not, under any circumstances,
fly Jet Blue. Their customer service people cant poor water out of a boot if the instructions are written on the heel. Im plagiarizing a quote by the late great president Lyndon Johnson from way back when. While I got my itinerary, I made a bunch of phone
calls trying to get a receipt so I can be reimbursed and was promised that I would get it but no luck. My last several calls went unanswered. I actually had to call our local airport, as the only airline that flies out of it is Jet Blue. I went online looking
for a different phone number, but they dont appear to have one. Really, Im surprised they are still in business. I hope the pilots arent as terrible as the customer service people are, or we might crash into a bayou and become alligator food. Really,
I got the impression that the guy I spoke with didnt even know what a receipt was. So I called my bank and they say I can pick up a copy of my credit card statement with that flight payment amount on it. Sorry for the rant but really, this shouldnt be
so crazy. </div>
