*Eligibility requirement for a STATE scholarship:*

*1.      *Must be legally blind in both eyes, and,

*2.      *Must be currently residing in the state of Utah, or will be
attending school in Utah starting Fall 2017, and,

*3.      *Must be pursing, or plan to pursue, a full-time post-secondary
course of study in a degree program, both undergraduate and graduate work
accepted,  at a United States institution for the 2017 school year, and,

*4.      *Must participate in the ENTIRE NFB of Utah convention to be held
April 13, 14, and 15, 2017, in Salt Lake City.

*1.      *Visit the NFB National Scholarship Application website at

*2.      *Click the 2017 Scholarship Application Form online or in print.

*3.      *Fill out application completely. *No partial applications will be
accepted.

*4.      *Submit ALL required documents listed by the deadline.

*5.      *Send the print application and ALL required documents to both the
national office, and to the Utah state affiliate chair Deja Powell.
