[Nfb Utah]

We are saddened to learn that our friend and staff member, Tammie Hansen,
passed away early this morning at her home.  Tammie has worked here with us
at DSBVI for many years and is well known by USOR staff and the community
we serve.

As more information regarding services for Tammie becomes available, we
will pass that along to you.  Thanks for all your help during this
difficult time.
