Here's another opportunity to support the chapter and take a night off from
making dinner. Thanks to Barbie Elliott for making these arrangements!

 

The Weber-Davis chapter of the national Federation of the blind of Utah is a
nonprofit organization made up of  local blind people in Weber and Davis
Counties right here in Utah. We are raising funds to  provide  training,
experiences,  and networking opportunities  to help blind people in Weber
and Davis counties!  The National Federation of the Blind knows that
blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every
day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations
create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life
you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

our Spirit Night fundraiser will be held from 5:30-7:30 pm on Monday October
22nd at the Chick-Fil-A,  651 West antelope Dr. in Layton  

Our Spirit Day can include two hours in the morning on the same day, as
early as 6:30 am.  

 

You will want to get the word out in any way you can to everyone you can.
Our chapter meeting will take place at the restaurant but a quick trip
through the drive through counts as helping so spread the word for us and
come have an awesome dinner with good friends and company.  I hope we will
see you there.  We really appreciate your support.
