[NFB-Utah] At Large Chapter Meeting October 9!

Fellow Federationists!

 

We will be holding our monthly At Large Chapter call on Wednesday, October 9 from 7pm – 8pm. The phone line will open about 10 minutes before the start of the call.

We will be listening to the Presidential Release, here updates on what other chapters and goings on about our state, and an update on our 2020 convention!

 

We will also be discussing Meet the Blind Month and it’s history as well as ways folks can reach out to their local community about the NFB!

All members of the NFB of Utah are invited to listen in using the zoom platform. There are 3 ways to do this. 1. Call using a phone. 2. Down load the ap and sign in with credentials that you create. Or 3. Use your computer and go to the zoom website to sign in with credentials you create. Below are the specifics for each option.

 

Option 1. Call in using a phone. If you use your mobile phone, just tap on the number following the instructions, no need to dial passcodes, just tap on the number and it will sign in for you. Make sure to copy the entire string if you are reading this email on a different device than the one you plan to call in on including the commas and pound sign. If you hand dial the numbers, the numbers after the commas are the passcode which are also the meeting ID. That's it,you should be signed into the meeting. Here is the number:

Option 2. on your computer, go to Https://zoom.us/j/260576121 and create an account and follow the prompts ahead of the meeting. To join the meeting, the meeting ID is: 806-113-6194

 

Option 3. download the zoom ap the way you would download aps for your particular phone, follow the prompts on your screen and create your account before the meeting. To join the meeting, the meeting ID is: 806-113-6194
