[NFB-Utah] NFB May SL Chapter Meeting

Hello NFB Salt Lake Chapter Family and Friends,

 

The weather is warm and bright. It’s time to meet as members and enjoy a beautiful site. Come and join us for the May Salt Lake NFB Chapter meeting at Gardner Village.

 

When: Saturday, May 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Where: Gardner Village at 1100 W 7800 S West Jordan, UT 84088

 

We will listen to the NFB Presidential Release, chat with fellow members and members are welcome to explore the local shops and restaurants. We will even have accessible games that everyone can enjoy.


This month we will be meeting at Happy Camper Deli and Bakery outdoor pavilion The pavilion is near the east side parking lot.

You may want to use a para-transit bus, an Uber, or a personal ride if you have never been there before. This may also be a good time to use the Apple Phone apps like Be My Eyes or AIRA Explorer to help guide you.

 

There is a Trax Redline stop at Historic Gardner but it is a tricky 10-minute walk to get there and you have to cross 7800th South.

 

If you get hungry, you will need to purchase items yourself. We encourage everyone to bring their own water bottle as it will most likely be a warm day.

 

Note: There is an attachment at the bottom of this email which has instructions for walking from the TRAX station to the Happy Camper Deli and Bakery.
