Hello Arnold and listers,
There's a technique to display text from other Web sites on your own
site's page called mashing. Site pages which contain data from other sources
are called, "Mashups." You need to a technique such as AJAX to build Web
mashups to allow content like the news releases to appear on your site
pages. I'm wanting to learn it myself. This is another route in addition to
RSS. Perhaps the easiest technique is an RSS Feed. Those wishing to receive
press releases will need to subscribe to the feed to receive them whenever
they're published. Talk to you later.

Subject: [Nfb-web] NFB Released Alerts
Hi all,
Does anyone know if the "For Immediate Release" NFB alerts are stored as a
URL?
On these type of alerts, is there a link which contains the actual text. On
these emails, I know you cut and paste. It would be even better if there was
an RSS feed for the alerts. I could then pull it into my chapter home page
automatically. If there is at least a link which has the alert text, would
it be possible to note the link URLin the email? I can then create an RSS
feed for my chapter home page.
Any help?
Arnold
