Try the help command to get a list of settings and commands.

I would use lcd to change the local directory. You might have a problem with the backslashes.

Try help glob
This expands the star wildcard and is a toggle.
Glob should be set to on, just type glob at the ftp prompt

Subject: [Nfb-web] Windows FtP Help

Good evening everyone,

I need some help with the Windows FTP Client; the one that ships with all flavors of Windows. We're using Windows XP Home SP2. I've been able to log in to the account I wish to service, but can't seem to upload files.
Whenever I attempt to upload files I receive the following message:
"Error opening local file", or

The upload command and path I'm using are as follows:
c:\folder\articles\*.*

Since I have multiple files needing to go in to the, "Articles" folder I used the wildcard "*.*" so all files, and hopefully any subfolders and their contents will be put on server in the, "Articles" Folder. It's been a while since I've used this FTP client and could use some refresher help. Thanks in advance.
