[Nfb-web] alt vs title

Good morning,

Looking at JAWS 10 and IE 6, I noticed that all of the settings
(JAWSKey + V) are set to not use the title attribute. However, for
some settings there is an option to use the title attribute. With
Voiceover and the newest Safari beta the title attribute is * always *
spoken for links, as opposed to the visible on-screen text.

Perhaps the following older message from the Blind-webbers group at
Yahoo will help a bit further.
