[Nfb-web] Question about Lists and Duplicate Messages

I would add that as things currently stand, one cannot unsubscribe from announcements sent to special interest lists, either, so what Dave is suggesting is mostly a
way to maintain the status quo without the duplicates. I frankly feel that persons who really don't want to read announcements will find it easier to delete them if they
only get them one time. This really seems like a positive step to me. Obviously, if there is a simpler way to accomplish this as Mike suggested earlier, that should be
investigated, too.
