[Nfb-web] Page change notification?

I think that sending  RSS updates as emails may be the way I would  solve
the problem. I could click on a hidden link (when I update the page) which
would update my rss file. I do something like that with the legislative
alert  program. I'll look into rssfwd.com. Hopefully it's free.
