[Nfb-web] Another nfb-web site update

It looks like the DNS stuff is all fixed. I still have to test email
accounts but I am now atleast able to get to the page without a host
file on my machine.

FYI: I made quite a few usability changes tonight to the site
including making a RSS feed for the shared web links. I cleaned up a
lot of user permissions so the site should also look alot cleaner now.
It is getting very close.
