Susan,

Here is my description. I have also attached a link to a wikipedia
article about drupal

Drupal is a freely available web based content management system. In
its simpliest form it gives you a shell of a website that you can log
into and then with a minimual amount of HTML knowledge you can add
pages and other content.

Some features of Drupal:
1. It's free
2. Once installed it is easy to use
3. Seems to be very accessible
4. Al sorts of extra functionality can be easily installed using
freely available drupal modules.
