Hi Everyone,

I got this and wonder if it is something we should pay attention to. It
is a URL which talks about ten CSS tricks to make a web site. I began to
read them. I am ashamed to say that besides looking at sites, I don't
actually know how to make one. I can only really read HTML. The first
trick talked about was blur. I have been told that this might be what
makes my Thrift Saving Plan site hard to read, but I don't really know.
Anyway, I thought some of you might not have received this and that you
might enjoy at least reading it.
