[Nfb-web] css question

I am working on a site with the stylesheet in the root of the folder.  It is attaching just fine to the pages right in the root folder, but I'm not sure how to get it to attach to files within nested folders.  Any suggestions?  I've only built sites with all files within one folder so far, so I'm struggling a bit.

Please let me know if I need to further clarify.
