[Nfb-web] css question

Hello Meghan and everyone,

If this doesn't work use an absolute path to be sure pages in subfolders
are linked to the CSS. A sample path appears below:

http://www.example.org/example.css

One of these methods should cause all pages in subfolders to be linked
and controlled by the CSS in the root folder.

generally putting a slash before a file path will tell the web server
to look in the route from anywhere. So for example if your css file
was called styles.css it would be <link href="/styles.css"/>
