Hello Joe,

By checking out their page code I see that the site uses tables, table
rows and table cells along with divs for their layout, all modified by
CSS, which is usually accessible and further modified by Java Script,
which is sometimes not very accessible. Labeling of the page elements
and form elements could/should be better also.

Please check out the http://www.w3.org/WAI/users/inaccessible page and
see if there's some advise that you can use and pass on to Ameritrade.
Most companies will consider such requests seriously. They may take a
great deal of time to experiment and develop better pages, but they are
interested in all of their customers. They are concerned about several
levels of web security which is usually why it takes so much time.

Keep in mind the recent developments with the Social Security site
accessibility. Big companies don't want bad publicity either, but they
aren't going to jump into big changes without deeply testing the changes.

Check the http://www.tdameritrade.com/contact.html page and figure out
which route of contact is best for you.

Best of luck.
