[Nfb-web] Convention Stream

I don't understand.  Why would the convention stream be only made available
on Winamp?  Maybe I'm the minority of one, but I'm not downloading a program
just to tune into what's going on.  Last year you could click on the link
and listen using Windows Media Player.  What gives?
