hi,

how do designers know what numbers to use when coding table tags such as width and trying to line up similar text on several rows without asking someone with vision to view a form?

do most of you use tables or br and p breaks and hope for the best?
is there some tool that will arrange/line up things like description, qty, price and total and generate the table tags?
i know using word creates massive amounts of junk code when saving as html.
