[Nfb-web] Drupal 7 on nfbnet.org server

It sounds like the firewall software on the server.  Send me your IP, 
I know how to get it to unblock addresses, for some reason a server 
at the National Center got blocked at some point, and I had to figure 
out how to unblock it.
