Hi Mike,

FOr information on upgrading a theme from Drupal 6 to 7 see:

Note that not all of the items there will apply to you.  For example the first item is that the element ids of block wrappers have been changed in Drupal 7.  If your current theme relies on these ids for styling then you will need to make changes, otherwise you can ignore the item.  Remember that if your theme is a sub-theme of another than you will need to look at both themes for changes.
