[Nfb-web] Accessible CMS systems

Out of the box Drupal still requires you to know some HTML. You still
need to be able creat hyper links display a image create a table and
so on. Just put the HTML straight into the body of the page and use a
input format that allows the tags that you have included.

If you want to completely eliminate the need to know HTML you will
need to install a 3rd party HTML Editor into Drupal. There are lots of
them available but I honestly don't know if any are accessible.
