When I used shared hosting, HostGator was a pretty decent host. I would
avoid Godaddy. My experience is their interface is not very blind user
friendly. As far as PayPal goes, you integrate it with your site with a
scripting language like php.

hi,

i'd like to know what people recommend for a site hosting company.
i'm looking for php, mysql of course and possibly ipn ssl paypal included.
i hope to let users tie to paypal or submit credit card info without paying
$30 extra per month for merchant account/shopping cart.
