When using PHP, you're loading snippets of HTML within the PHP code area 
or you're loading files containing chunks of HTML through the PHP code. 
Same rules still apply when using the alt tags. The longdesc tag however 
has been deprecated from most browsers but is supposed to still be 
supported and recognized by screen readers -
