Hello.
You are on the right track with the FS webinar for learning to test
website for accessibility.
I'll offer you some other suggestions--
You should learn to use the major web browsers like Firefox and the
latest public beta version of Internet Explorer that will run on
Windows 7 and 8 machines
You should get copies of the different screen readers such as Window
Eyes, System Access to Go, NVDA Nonvisual Desktop Access
Then, you should review sites like Webaim and the W3C and the 2.0
guidelines for web accessibility.
Some coding background of html would also be helpful
If you plan to attend the NFB convention in July, hope we can meet you
at the Webmasters meeting--watch the convention program for scheduled
time and room assignment.
