[Nfb-web] Online Convention Registration and Payment

I have been assisting an organization do online registration for several
years now. It is a simple php script to check all fields are done correctly,
then the information is emailed to certain people, and stored in a .csv file
that can be opened in Excel. One of the payment options is PayPal for online
payments, and if that is selected, they are forwarded to PayPal
automatically to make their payment.
