[Nfb-web] Online Convention Registration and Payment

Hi,

Thanks, my problem is the form i'm using isn't automatically
forwarding and keeping information in with paypal. So, what's
happening is the user selects paypal as input method then does not hit
the paypal payment button which they have, and therefor never pays.
I'd like this to be as seemless as possible.
