[Nfb-web] Drupal on the NFB Servers

Ah. I will check that one out to see if it will work for my set up with 
the majority of my sites. There's getting to be Drupal 8 to play with, 
you know. I can't tell if that's really exciting or if it just sounds 
like a lot of work... /grin/
