[Nfb-web] Word Press Help Needed

I  am comtemplating purchasing Word Press. Any comments?

I'm looking for someone who can help walk me through in setting up word
Press.

I have the .zip file downloaded to my computer and extracted it.

In reading the readme.html file it tells me to upload the folder and 
its entire content to the server and setup the admin access.

I don't see any .exe file to run so I'm puzzled. Help will be much
appreciated.
