[Nfb-web] Upcoming webmasters meeting

Greetings, webmasters, and to those interested in the World Wide Web. We are
working on a special treat this year for the webmasters group meeting. As
you know, the National Federation of the Blind has been working hard on how
to better communicate our message to the public and to blind people who need
our help and in turn can help us. We want to talk about this new branding
effort at the webmasters meeting and what can be done to help webmasters
improve their sites, incorporate the branding messages we are getting, and
take advantage of new templates and other things that are in the works.

 

I hope that all of you will make a real effort to come. Our meeting will be
on Thursday, July 6, at 8 PM. It will be held in Salon 6, level 2, and we
expect that the meeting will take no more than ninety minutes. We will have
live presenters who will be talking about branding, technical issues, and
how we can begin to do a better job of bringing our affiliate websites up to
where we want them to be.

 

Please do what you can to come. If you can't be there in person, please try
to find someone from your state who can be.
