[Nfb-web] Looking for a web developer

The National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts needs a web developer
who can code in Drupal. They are not interested in a webmaster, but they are
interested in contracting with someone who can help them create and or
update their existing website. Though they are not flush with money, they do
understand that this development effort will take work and are willing to
pay for it.
