[Nfb-web] php/mysql task help

hi,

Would someone be willing to accept a few files and help me know what I'm not 
doing right with php and mysql select commands?

I have a sql table with names that are shown in a html table by php code and 
there is a checkbox at the end of each row.
My glitch is with using the checkboxes to select only some of the 100 names 
shown and saving them to a smaller sql table.
I've tried to gain some clues online but it wasn't much help.
