[Nfb-web] accessibility partnerships

Hi all, I'm preparing resolutions for Nevada's state convention in October and have questions about the accessibility partnerships strategy we talked about at the webmasters meeting.

Is there a policy or procedure document on these partnerships?  Do they have an official  name or are we just calling them it right now?  i think we are getting more info on this at Baltimore's web accessibility seminar in November, but I won't be able to make it from the looks of things.
