[Nfb-web] Using Drupal & Nice Menus module

Hello The Missouri affiliate is in the process of refreshing http://nfbmo.org we are using Adaptive theme sub theme and Nice Menus for our menu structure. Is there any way to make the menu more screen reader friendly without using mouse over if not is there a menu module the is accessible with similar functionality. Thanks
