Hi:

As you know I talked to you a couple times about updating CMS's and 
other software.  I have heard from a couple of you -- but not 
most.  Have you done it?  HOw are things going?

This stuff does matter.  The errant web site sent out thousands of 
e-mails, and it got us on at least one black list, we have found so 
far.  We have gotten off it, but there is an impact to all 
this.  Please update!
