[Nfb-web] Looking for a webmaster

Hello,
I am looking for a webmaster who is able to complete the following:
* Determine the proper CMS for my project, explain why they would use
it and know the chosen platform well.
* Create a website, which should be no more than 12 pages and a blog.
* The blog should be integrated into the site itself.

There may be more features, but I'm hoping this is a good start. My
appologies if this is off topic for this list.
