[Nfb-web] WordPress theme

The NFB of Virginia uses the 2014 Theme. There are many out there like that.

I would like to work with someone to create an NFB State Affiliate Theme so that any Affiliate may use it if they want. This would help to make our web sites look similar and also help those that don't have vision so things look good for visually impaired visitors.

I will, of course, now put my plug in for CAVI, Cisco Accadamy for the Visually Impaired. I am not affiliated with them in any way. If you want in depth training on HTML, they have an Internet Based  course that runs 26 weeks you can take from the comfort of your own home. In addition, once you have HTML and some CSS under your belt, you may take the Word Press course. There courses are $150 for individuals and $500 for businesses.
