[Nfb-web] Creating forms on our web site

I would caution you about using a WordPress solution as this will depend on whether your WordPress installation and Web server are secure, use encrypted connections, and other requirements to comply with your requested HIPAA compliance.

You will probably be better off using a different solution such as Google forms as I believe blind Inc has Google apps which is FERPA compliant. If you really need online forms to be HIPAA compliant, you may be forced to go with a separate paid solution.
