[Nfb-web] Download link on nfbnet.org

Hello Tonya,

	NFBNet.org definitely has a problem. I tried the links to the
downloads area and each one threw a 404 message.

Hello
I attempted to access the "download nfbnet files" link to see if I could
find a file for the affiliate site and received a 404 error message. Can
someone check this to see if it is my computer or is this a dead link?
I wonder if it is me because I get to clearing cashes on setup of Drupal and
receive the same message.
