[Nfb-web] Question - changing sidebar background color

Greetings to all,

 

I am working on a site that is using the Twenty Fourteen child theme called
badeyes. Currently the background color of the primary sidebar is black. If
I wanted to change the background color without accidentally changing the
text color, what coding do I need to use? Please let me know when you get a
moment.
