[Nfb-web] question about NFB web sites and Affiliates chapters

If affiliates are concerned about expenses for web hosting and domain 
registration, your best bet is to have David andrews set up your 
website hosting and have the National Office take care of domain registration.

You can do all of this through David Andrews if I'm not mistaken so 
contact David.
