[Nfb-web] organizing media files by folders in WordPress

Hello all,
As the subject line says, I want to organize my media by folders. 
WordPress by default allows us to organize media files two ways: by date 
and month folder and in the default upload directory.
For example I want 3 sub directories inside the upload folder called, 
Audio, Personal images and Web images. I want the perma link 
accordingly. like, the perma link of an audio file would be 
http://www.pradipsikdar.com/wp-content/uploads/Audio/WeAre7.mp3 and the 
perma link of an image file would be like, 
http://www.pradipsikdar.com/wp-content/uploads/PersonalImages/Playing-piano-in-Glaramara.jpg
I have tried one or two plug-in like Media Library Plus. But they are 
either inaccessible or I don't know how to deal with that.
Do you have any recommendation?
Any help will be gladly appreciated.
