Greetings to all,

I know that during the NFB Webmasters Committee meeting there was a
discussion when a message sent to an affiliate or national division email
account forwarded to a personal Gmail account that those messages aren't
arriving at the recipient's Inbox. Or if they are, not all of them are
coming through.

Upon some research, I found the following steps to view emails from another
account within Gmail:

1. On your computer, sign in to the Gmail account you want to import to.

2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.

3. Click the Accounts and import tab.

4. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail
account.

5. Type the email address of the other account, then click Next.

6. Make a selection and click Next.

7. Type your password.

8. Recommended: Check the boxes next to the options below:

* "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail"

*        "Label incoming messages"

* Leave the other boxes unchecked.

9. Click Add Account.

Hopefully this will be a viable solution. The individual who created the
account being forwarded to Gmail will need to send the recipient the email
account password in order to get this to work.

Sincerely,

Brian A. Mackey
