[NFB-Web] Migrating Email to Google From CPanel

Hello everyone,

 

Our Virginia site is hosted on NFBNet; however, I'm trying to migrate our
email to Google as part of their Nonprofit Google Workspace program.

 

I'm stuck at the domain verification step. I've added Google's CNAME record
to our Zone Editor in Cpanel. Yet Google keeps telling me they can't verify
the domain. I attempted to add a TXT record instead, but I'm unable to add
this. It doesn't let me make that an option in our Cpanel.

 

I think I've read other affiliates successfully migrate. Can you pass along
any tips for getting past this first step?
