[NFB-Web] How to share post to social media from Drupal Page

Hello,

This is Carlos M Contreras from NFB Puerto Rico. I'm looking for suggestions of how to add buttons in the posts and pages published on our page NFBPR.org <http://nfbpr.org/> so that visitors can share the page in their social media accounts such as Facebook and X. Our page is now created with Drupal. I have experience with Wordpress on which you use plugins but have no idea of how to get the desired result in Drupal.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
