I believe, but don’t know for sure, that the At Large Chapter is listed as a line item account in the affiliate treasury. So when dues are received through the PayPal account and then transferred to the affiliate’s checking account, funds designated for membership dues will first go to the line item account and then at a designated time, funds from the chapter to the affiliate for the annual membership dues will be moved from the line item account to the general account.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Due to Illinois having their state convention virtually this year, they will be collecting membership dues through its convention registration form that will be connected to the affiliate’s PayPal account. Exactly how it’s handled will vary from state to state and depends on each affiliate’s constitution. I may have been a little careless in my language. I set this up on the website as a feature without really telling leadership. So, I’m going to add donations to chapters and divisions as a part of that.
