The National Federation of the Blind of Georgia invites ALL Seniors, their
families and the professionals who work with them to attend the
Possibilities Fair for Seniors held during the 2018 National Federation of
the Blind State Convention .

Dates: October 5 - 7, 2018.  

 

Americans are living longer, and vision loss occurs more frequently among
those who are older. More than 50% of the 70,000 individuals who become
blind in this country each year are over the age of 65. This population is
expected to more than double by the year 2030. 

 

The fair will include a silent auction, an interesting mix of speakers with
an array of information, fitness session to get you moving and, helpful
hints concerning all seniors and those seniors losing vision and enjoying
life!  With or without sight, there will be something learned by everyone.

 

The fair begins Friday, October 5, 2018, Registration & Auction viewing at
12:30 PM Program - 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM      Fair Admission $5 per person.
