Pictured center BVA-GRG 2nd Vice Navy Veteran Donald Grier was presented
the certificate of honor, (COH) at the GA. State Capitol along with other
veteran organizations on March 28th. Pictured left of Mr. Grier is Governor
Kemp of GA and right is Commissioner Mike Roby.
